All Alerts

This page displays all alerts on member accounts, and can be filtered for current, locked, or all members.

Add Global Alert

Adds alert to every single current member - there is no global delete or undo, so be sure you're certain about your message before you add it!
The message will be appended to any pre-existing alerts on the member (see example of several global alerts below)in the member page view). If you have a large amount of members, this will take some time so be patient.

Member Page

Member alerts can be also set as a pop up through toy library settings. If this setting is turned on, alerts will be displayed when the member's opened. There is a cool down period of 10 minutes so if the member's page has been visited in the past 10 minutes, the pop up will not appear again. However, the alerts are always visible in the Alerts box to the right of screen, and can be added/edited/deleted through this view.
